Here are some tips when searching for the perfect property:

• Find the property that suits your needs - Number of Bedrooms, Price, Location, Heating etc
• Telephone the office to make an appointment on either 02890 248072 or 02890 324772
• Once your appointment has been made, don't forget to confirm before 9.30am, on the morning of the appointment (failure to do so, may result in the appointment being cancelled and offered to someone else)
• Meet at the property and a member of staff will accompany you on the viewing - Please try and ensure you're on time for the appointment as in most cases the viewer will have another appointment shortly thereafter and may not be able to wait if you are late
• If you have seen a property you like, or have any questions regarding any properties, then call into our office to speak to a member of staff, we are located at 5 University Street, next door to China China
• Now you have found a suitable property, you will need to complete an application form. These are available directly from our office or by downloading from our website below
• Please note that R S Laird & Son do not charge an application fee
