Our office is now open

Following the listing of Government Lockdown restrictions, our office is now open once again to the public. The Health and Safety of both our staff and you the customer was at the forefront of our decision to put in place safety measures that are some of the most thorough in the Industry.

Whilst our doors have been closed to the public for nearly 3 months, we have been working hard behind the scenes making extensive changes to our office to ensure that we can offer all customers and clients visiting our office the piece of mind of mind that their visit will be as safe as we can possibly make it.

We have implemented a number of social distancing measures, including additional signage, protective screens and sanitation stations as well as introducing new procedures for viewing properties which over and above the current recommended Government safety guidelines.

As the safety of both our staff and customers is our absolute priority, the new procedures will unfortunately reduce the number of customers that we can accommodate at any one time, as well as increase wait times at our office, and as such we would ask for your co-operation and understanding during these new and challenging times.

Visiting our office

Please read the important information below

Perspex screened booths have been erected in both staff and customer areas in the office to ensure staff and customers are isolated and protected from others whilst in the office. You may ONLY enter the office if a booth is available. If no booth is available then you should join the queue outside the office and wait to be called when the next booth becomes available. Perspex screens have been erected outside to ensure that all those queuing are kept safe and socially distanced.

All customers entering the office must sanitise their hands at the sanitation station outside the office before entering. No persons will be permitted access unless they have first sanitised their hands.

If calling to sign a Tenancy Agreement, and make a payment we would ask you to make your payment by credit/debit card rather than by way of cash.

Wanting to view a property

Please read the important information below

  1. All Viewings will be strictly by appointment only, and must be made 24hrs in advance. We are unable to undertake walk in appointments for currently occupied properties.
  2. Viewings will be limited to a maximum of 3 properties per person/group per day.
  3. Only the prospective tenants and 1 parent will be permitted to view any property. Viewing times must be strictly adhered to and access will be refused if viewers are late for their appointments. Our advice to all viewers therefore is to arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated appointment time.
  4. Any person wishing to view a property must be in possession of a face mask/protective face covering. Any persons that do not have an appropriate face covering will not be permitted access to the property. All viewers will be asked if they are currently or have in the last 7 days displayed any symptoms of Corona Virus and no persons will be given access if they appear to be displaying any such symptoms or confirm that they have had symptoms in the last 7 days.
  5. All viewings will be key accompanied by a member of staff from our office. Upon arrival at the property, each person wishing to view the property will be issued with a pair of disposable gloves and given a set of instructions on how the viewing must be undertaken. Viewers will be expected to take away and dispose of the gloves and sheet of instructions appropriately at the end of the viewing.
  6. Strict social distancing protocols must be exercised by viewers at all times. Our staff member will open the door to each room, and enter the room, viewers will then be invited to stand in the doorway of the room to view the room, but asked not to enter the room or touch anything within the room. After the room has been viewed, viewers will then be asked to remain in the hall whilst our staff member exits the room and repeats the process for all subsequent rooms in the property. The only part of the property which should be touched by the viewers during their viewing should be the handrail on the staircase, and the front door knob as viewers vacate the property ahead of our staff member but these will remain protected from possible infection by the use of the disposable gloves. If the viewers are going on to view another property, they will be provided with a brand new set of gloves before entering that new property, as will the staff member conducting the viewing.
  7. Once the viewing has been completed, should you wish to apply for a property, each tenant will be required to complete an application form. Application forms can be completed online, alternatively you can arrange to call to the office and collect application forms which can then be taken away, completed and returned. There are no application or administration fees chargeable. If your application is successful, you will be asked to call to the office to sign the tenancy agreement and discharge the first month rent to secure the property.

Please feel free to peruse our property listings and we look forward to hearing from you to arrange a viewing.
