Guarantor Details

A guarantor is required for each individual tenant. The guarantor must be a homeowner in full time employment that resides in the UK or ROI. A guarantor can also be retired but you will need to state their previous employment. This is purely an application and does not have to be completed by the guarantor themselves.

All tenancies are for a 12 month period unless otherwise stated.

R S Laird & Son may contact your present or previous landlords/employers/guarantors noted above to confirm that the information given in this application is indeed correct. It is the responsibility of all prospective tenants to ensure that all details have been checked and are correct.
